it started with lights and flowers and ended in romance and dancing

in the quiet, truth is whispered

in uttering, "with God all things are possible," the angel of the Lord brought hope and life to Mary. with that hope, she birthed the Son of God. because of his birth, his life, his sacrifice, the covenant has changed and with it comes hope for us to change. my prayer is that I remember the angel's statement of truth as I face family, friends, and strangers.
