August spends his days exploring downstairs and standing at the coffee table. He plays with plastic measuring cups and his big yellow Tonka dump truck. Like most babies, he loves sweet potatoes. This month, we start letting him feed himself at meals which requires slightly more creative cooking. I am enjoying the challenge. His sleep is better- several nights of waking followed by several nights of sleeping until dawn. Nine months has a nice rhythm to it.
