a boycott or two in their lives.
I mean come on: its such a rush. so much fun. deceives you into thinking that you have principles that you are willing to stand up for. its an all-around ego-booster.
i am currently boycotting television because of the media's coverage of the trial and hanging of Saddam Hussein. i was disgusted and have made my claim to not watch television for two months. i can give up the shows- grey's. the office. an occasional movie. but whats really getting to me is sports. i just miss it. and its inconvenient. i cant go to the bar tonight with my friends to watch the UNC vs. Clemson game cause its pointless: i'd be depressed and drink myself into oblivion.
im here to encourage you to boycott something in your life. it'll be worth the inconvenience cause ITS PLAIN FUN and it causes controversy- both, entertaining things :)
man that does sound fun, I want to boycot something?
ReplyDeleteShould I kiss dating goodbye?
(i dont know if we ever said hello...)
should i boycott vegitarianism?
(oh wait, i love meat..)
but seriously, i'll keep that on my mind
Dude Mike - as a meatlover, boycotting vegetarianism is probably a great choice for you. You can't become one, which means you get to keep eating meat. That's good, right? Plus, all those crazies who are vegetarians aren't your friends anymore.
