today, and tomorrow, and beyond

"From death’s perspective, there are no differences between people.

There is just the person, always dear."

-Olga Tokarczuk

Today we pause and reflect.

We laugh and cry.

We mourn for knowing, but not fully knowing.

We celebrate a life well lived.

We thank God for heaven- for peace- for love.

We are held in the arms of our Father.

And though our faith runs deep, death is heavy.

We sit beneath its weight.

  5. hi Claire, again!
thanks for accepting my request to re-post your messages to another web address. i decided to create a "linkup blog", ["http://ecletismoliterario.blogspot.com], were i post all of my favourite posts, from my favourite blogs from over the world, these re-posted messages are usually owned by people i know and sometimes exceptions shall be made. to ensure that i'm respecting the "copyrights", i name the posts with the name of the original writer (e.g. "i stole a poem, by Claire") and then link it up to the owner's website.
    thanks for this again!
