Watch
The Way Way Back: Many movies make me cry now that I am a mother; this is no exception. It is funny, quirky, sad, awkward and, ultimately, filled with hope.
Downton Abbey: Too immersed to turn back now.
The 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics: Did you see the opening ceremonies? Incredible. The time delay and NBC's strange coverage times made it difficult to really get into every event. My favorite moments:
- Slopestyle Snowboarding Men's and Women's (especially Jamie Anderson)
- Russia vs. USA Men's Hockey (beginning to see why people love hockey)
- Men's Figure Skating short program (when Jeremy Abbott fell hard but still got up and finished his program to the roar of the crowd. I might have cried- this seems like a February theme.)

Independent Study: Book Two in The Testing dystopian YA series; quick, enjoyable read
Reached and Crossed: Books Two and Three from the Matched series; glad to finish the series but nothing to rave about.
